Fireside Inn Policies:

  • Cancellations must be made 10 before the first date of the reservation in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s fee.

  • No refunds will be given for early departures, unless by management consent.

  • Pets: We do allow pets (dogs, 2 maximum) in our units. There is a $10.00 per night pet fee, with a $20 maximum. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room at any time. If your pet is a barker and we get complaints about the barking we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund. Do not allow pet on bed or furniture, if they are the type to be on furniture please ask the office for old sheets to cover the furniture and bed. Pick up after your pet and dispose of droppings in a tied plastic bag.

  • Minimum stays: Although two night stays are required at the Fireside Inn, we may be able to accommodate one-night reservations with an additional room-cleaning fee. Please call to check availability for one night stays.

  • Check in time is anytime after 2 p.m. When occupancy is high we cannot guarantee that accommodations will be ready by 2:00 p.m., although we make every effort toward that goal. If you plan to check in after 6 p.m., please make arrangements with the management for late check in. Check out time is no later than 11 a.m., although late checkouts may be made for a $20 fee with prior management approval.

  • No smoking or drugs: Smoking is only allowed on decks or patios and not inside any of our rooms. Any evidence of smoking in the rooms will constitute a $50.00 charge in addition to any cost to repair damage the smoke has caused.

  • Parents are responsible for the actions of their children or visitors, and will be held responsible for any damages caused to the Fireside Inn cottage, cabin or lodge during their visit.
