Downstairs are 3 bedrooms (one in an alcove) with a total of five beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 double bed and a sofa bed on the upper floor. The Eagle's Nest sleeps up to ten people. Pricing starts $195 for up to six people. $10 dollars each additional person up to ten people.
